How do we book?
Once you submit your enquiry, I’ll get back to you to confirm availability and walk you through the next steps, you will also receive my wedding guide with some useful tips and explaining how I work on the day. If you decide to go ahead, we’ll sign an agreement and we'll arrange a video call to get to know each other and talk about your plans. For weddings, a 20% deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due one week before the big day. For family and mini sessions, payment is taken upfront.
When will we receive the photos?
In low season, I typically deliver galleries within 1–2 weeks for micro weddings and family sessions, and 3–4 weeks for full-day weddings.
During peak season, delivery may take a little longer: 3–4 weeks for micro weddings and family sessions, and 4–6 weeks for full-day weddings.
How many photos do we get?
I don’t like to set a minimum or maximum amount of photos as this will depend on many factors: how long you book me for, the number of guests, the day’s flow… In short, you get as many photos as I take, no limits, but you can expect around 50–80 images per hour of coverage.
What if you can’t make it?
Something really serious has to happen or I have to be very, very, and I mean very ill not to show up. I've never missed a wedding or family session to date. But in the unlikely event I can't make it, I will make sure to find a suitable replacement, and if this fails too, I will refund you the money and do my best to give you enough notice so you can find an alternative.
I'd like an outdoor family session but I'm worried about the weather, can we change the date?
In case it rains, we will reschedule for the earliest available date.
Do you send any sneak peeks?
Absolutely! You’ll receive a small preview of your gallery within 48 hours to get you excited while the full set is being edited.
